Package Your Items
Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with sufficient padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.
Drop Off or Collection
Print your prepaid shipping label and drop your parcel at a designated local collection point or schedule a courier pickup for larger furniture items.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
